Baxter Appearances

Baxter plays a big role in representing Clear Sky Elementary and the school’s community. Baxter appearances may be requested for school-related events by completing the Baxter Request Form below at least two weeks prior to the event. Such requests are routed to the PTO and will be confirmed by the CSE PTO President.

I understand a friendly and safe environment must be maintained. Baxter reserves the right to walk away from any appearance deemed unsafe or harmful. I understand that I will provide a secure location (not a public restroom) for Baxter to change and secure their items while in costume. I understand that inappropriate photos of Baxter (i.e., conducting lewd behavior, partially in costume, etc.) should not be posted to social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). In order to adhere to the school’s privacy policies, no photos should be posted of students to any social media sites without the consent of the students’ parents.
