THANK YOU for attending our Fall Festival! The PTO is constantly trying to improve our events and activities, and we would love to receive some feedback while it's fresh on your mind. Please see the online feedback form below. All submissions are anonymous, but they will be reviewed with the PTO Board.

PRICING: How did you feel about the pricing? Too high? Too low? How was the new online purchase option? *

CARNIVAL GAMES: Were the carnival games fun for the students? How was the quality of the games? The quality of the prizes? *

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Were the bounce houses age-appropriate and fun for the students? Was the lighting sufficient? *

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Were the food trucks well received? Was the selection appropriate? The pricing? The wait time? Do you have any contacts for other food trucks? *

Side note, we do apologize for the lines for the food trucks. Unfortunately, Brava! Pizzeria emailed a cancellation at noon on the day of the event; the email was not received until 6 p.m., which didn't allow us to make alternate arrangements.
