Permission Form for Classroom Notifications

Room Parents serve an important function in the classrooms. Typically, Room Parents help coordinate class parties and special events. They also communicate with parents and keep them informed of PTO events, usually via email. Our Room Parents would like permission to contact you via email and/or phone throughout the year to keep you apprised of these classroom activities and all things PTO. Please indicate below whether you give Clear Sky Elementary permission to share your contact information with your child's Room Parent.
