Love is in the air! On Tuesday, February 14 we will be holding our annual K.I.S.S. Lunch in honor of Valentine's Day. Make plans to have lunch with your child during his/her standard lunch period. Bring your own lunch, or purchase Italian Bosco Sticks or a Chicken Pot Pie for $3.50 at the school. (Please note: An RSVP is required for parents who plan to purchase a lunch from the school. RSVP must be received by Wednesday, February 8, so the cafeteria staff can plan accordingly. You do NOT need to RSVP for your child.)

This adult-only event is the perfect way to socialize with fellow Clear Sky parents and teachers over food, a cash bar, chances at door prizes, and dancing. Go home with a swag bag and bid on silent and live auction items like parking spaces, weekend getaways, special experiences with our teachers, and more. PTO Social & General Meeting Monday, February 13 | 6:30 p.m. | Bison Bistro  Do you love the Fall Festival? Do you love CSE Family Nights? Do you love volunteering at Clear Sky Elementary? Do you love our amazing school? If you answered yes, the Clear Sky PTO is definitely just right for you! Come find out how you can be a part of the team that helps to make our school great! The CSE PTO loves our parent volunteers, and we invite you to attend a PTO Social & General Meeting in February for us to express our gratitude. Dinner and beverages will be provided (as well as free childcare), and don’t worry ... the focus will be on the “social”! We will see you there! Please note: Our bylaws state that “Any member of the PTO membership is eligible to vote in the annual election if a parent or guardian of the household has attended at least one (1) General Meeting throughout the current school year.” This is the last General Meeting before the annual election! Come so you can vote!

Spring Event - April 29, Lone Tree Golf Club
 Our 2016-2017 spring event, A Clear Sky Night, will be held at the Lone Tree Golf Club on Saturday, April 29. This fun event focuses on our silent and live auctions, as well as giving our terrific CSE parents and staff an opportunity to mingle and enjoy a kid-free evening. And, ticket sales are officially open! You can go to Handbid from your desktop or your smartphone to purchase tickets; we have instructions uploaded to our website if you need any assistance. We have two categories of tickets this year: General Admission and VIP; descriptions for each are available online. Since all bidding for the silent auction will be handled via your desktop or smartphone, we will not have final silent auction bidding at the event as we did last year. Ticket prices are subject to change as the event approaches so don't wait! Buy a General Admission or a VIP ticket to the spring event in the month of January and be entered into a drawing for a free parking space to use the rest of the year! Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. January 31 to be eligible. The parking space winner will be randomly chosen by the front office and announced the first week of February.

 Grab your spirit wear and join the fun! The Rink at the Rock (414 N. Perry Street) has invited Clear Sky to an evening of ice skating on Thursday, January 19 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bring your own skates or rent them at the Rink at the Rock!
CSE will receive 15% of all admissions. See you there!
