You’ve heard rumblings all year and today we are ready to give you a sneak peek ... 

PTO is hosting its first adult-only event, A Clear Sky Night, on Friday, April 15 at Plum Creek Golf Club. A limited number of tickets will go on sale within the next two weeks for an evening of dinner and dancing, along with our annual silent and live auctions. So, mark your calendars now and join us as we eat, drink, dance, and bid!

To help make our event a success, we need your help. We are looking for a few business sponsors as well as some specific items to be used during the event. Please visit our request link and sign up if you would like to donate an item or service, or if you’d like to become one of our limited sponsors.

Welcome to PTO’s first blog post! PTO works diligently to communicate effectively with parents and teachers. At a recent general meeting, we discussed the PTO newsletter and inquired how many people actually read it. Some said they did; some said they didn’t. Some mentioned it was too lengthy, but others liked having an archive of PTO activities. And, PTO members felt that it wasn’t timely enough and we needed a better way to get information out more quickly. After taking all of these ideas into consideration, The Bison Blog was born! 

​PTO will post information to The Bison Blog as it becomes available. Every Thursday morning parents and teachers will receive an email with new posts. If there are no new posts, there will be no email. If there are several posts, the posts will be grouped together into one email. It’s as simple as that. 

We hope you enjoy this new communication vehicle and find it helpful. (Oh, and in case there is confusion, the PTO newsletter will be no more.)
