Who's ready for spring break? We know the PTO Board is! Please take note of the following items before you head out for the break!  Rewards Contest Get your Box Tops and Labels for Education turned in by Thursday, March 17! Place them all in a ziplock bag with your child’s name and teacher’s name printed on the outside. The classroom that collects the most points wins a party!  Spring Event Tickets Time is running out for you to get early bird tickets for A Clear Sky Night on April 15! (Tickets are just $35 through March 18.) Come socialize with parents and teachers at this adult-only event with food, a cash bar, and music. We are excited to again offer school yearbooks with double-sided covers from Picaboo. On one side is CSE’s cover and inside pages; flip it over, and the other side is the student’s personalized cover and pages. It’s two yearbooks in one! 
 Our spring event, A Clear Sky Night, just got more exciting with our new auctioneer! Norm Silver is a Colorado-based entertainer and benefit auctioneer raising over $1 million in his 7 years working with benefit and fundraising events. Norm's high energy and persuasiveness, combined with his experience, training, and humor, is going to make A Clear Sky Night a very fun and exciting evening! Norm is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and a member of the Colorado Auctioneers Association. He is the recipient of the Troil Welton Award at the Colorado Auctioneers Convention. He has conducted successful fundraisers for many local organizations including YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, Delta Eta Boule, and Rocky Mountain Wild.
If the above statements are true, then help us help the school! Parent involvement is critical for a successful school, so volunteer as a PTO board member or a committee chair for 2016-2017. There are jobs that take no more than a couple hours a month, some that are seasonal, and a few that require a routine commitment. Dedicated teachers, staff, and PARENTS help make Clear Sky Elementary a great school! Join us — it’s rewarding, it’s important, and it’s even fun!

Elections will be held at the PTO General Meeting on Monday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the Learning Commons. All candidates for board positions must be registered by March 31.
